Exhaust ID

Hey guys, I bought this bike last week and can't figure out who makes the exhaust. Has anyone ever seen this maker?
Says under the pipe not for road use, and the entire pipe up to the header is wrapped in kevlar or something..

I think it is Micron exhaust.
