Nice idea albeit a bit stupid. Thankfully here we can block a road legally for 20 mins, the only condition is if the operator of the vehicle finds the blocking of the road to be required.

Bit of a stupid law really, but it's an old one that goes back to horse and cart days they just havn't removed it yet. There's quite a few of those still.

 

haha, you wouldn't believe some of the stupid old laws in our books. there's one in my area that says it's illegal to park your llama in city parking spots on the weekend.

there's another ones where it's illegal to have applie pie on tuesdays
