has any one ever made their own exhaust. i have a few baffles laying around out of a sporster i think it is. but that is besides the point. i'm debating finding a truck tip, and wrapping the baffle with fiberglass mat and putting it in the truck tip. then finding a way to close the tip back off to a typical motorcycle outlet, then mounting the can on the bike. and getting the can hooked up to the exhaust just by takin it to a muffler shop and sayin connect these to pipes basically. how do you think this would sound. or any spins on my idea that you would like to through out there.

 

sounds like you know what you are doing. just make sure you make it look good.
