hey guys. i bought my 09 phoenix with less then 2k miles for only $6200.
bringing it home

got into it with another bike on the highway. he came over to my side of the lane and hit his brakes.

how i fixed it
while i was waiting on the boomerang fairing i decided to go custom with my ehaust. i havent seen one like it yet. so here it goes.

i like it, the only thing that could be making it ugly is that theyre just 4 straight pipes. If you could make some nice tips or find something that could be used for tips maybe like a cone shape piece then theyd be badass.

thinking about slashing them. but that will happen next winter. its getting nice out and i just want to ride it.

if it actually sounds like it does in the video i personally think thats one of the best sounding exhausts ive heard on these bikes. Should make your neighbors happy too.

Hell yeah man. If you cut them to be flush with the tail. Kinda pointed to the middle and angle cut from bottom to top. Grr if i had a pic or something to compare to, it would look real nice. Actually kind of inspired me to do a custom pipe myself. How hard on a scale of 1-10 was this, with very basic minimal mechanical work. I would probably baffle it some though. Not too fond of really loud pipes. I like a more mellow deep hum.
