Default A couple curves by the fjord

I changed my bulletcam position from the top of my helmet to down on the side fairing,
and the result is a much better angle.
Pretty cool seeing the fork moving up and down.
I did the videos this saturday (or was it friday?)

I screwed up the last ride there, because just as I approached the first turn I could swear I saw a black and white in the mirror...
Lost the entrance to the first curve, and kept a slow pace the rest of the ride because my heart was racing.

Looks like a fun ride. How fast were you going through there?

It's a fun ride indeed!
I had around 125mph max, but mostly it was around 100-110mph.
In the end of the first clip, where I catch up with the car, I slow down to the speed limit.
Everything looks slower on film.

vpsophmore: It's a -97 F3.

BillytheKid: I actually just taped the camera on there, and ripped it off when I was done.
It's a bulletcam, so it doesn't take that much to attach it to the bike. Don't try taping the recording unit to the fairing...
I'll see if I can get a picture of it this afternoon.

Here's a crappy pic of the bulletcam, I just stuck it on there for the picture.
Hmmmm... the bike looks a bit dirty, LOL!

If you don't recognise it as an F3, it's because of the race fairings.

I was gonna buy one of those the other day but it didn't pick up sound, it was just easy to conceal. Does yours pick up the sound or is it hooked up to the recording unit thus picking up the sound there?

It's got a microphone that I can place where I want, it's tiny and in mono.
I haven't experimented with how to get good sound yet.
