i think u have to be on the bike to win,,,when the bike crosses the finish line. lol

I seen a national mx race qualifier at unadilla where the rider bit it right on the exit of the corner in front of the finish, he got up and couldn't get it started (450 thumper) so he pushed it like 40 feet and won. They said that is an ama rule.
