looks good. i have to scrap the idea of 750 build. he wants too much for it.

did you paint or powdercoat the battery trey? mine on my xs650 was corroded to hell with a leaky battery.

im actually going to buy a new one or fab one up, and place it under the seat.
it will be powdercoated like the rims.

the rims are going to be gold or back i havent decided yet, with gold/black rim tape

good. that's where i was kind of going with it - it needs to be powdercoated for the extra protection... but with that said, newer batteries seal better so maybe not...


curious - have you ever road the bike with the orig. handle bars? i had the originals on my xs650, and when i put clubman bars on mine - holy hell, it made an amazing difference. it feels so much more planted. you'll love it if you're used to riding newer bikes


and it looks great. i'm lovin' this build.
