For Skyline Dr. there are cops scattered here and there, not tons. The problem is there are so many places for them to hide that you really roll the dice by cranking it around there. If anyone wants to hit Skyline this summer shoot me a message. Also, be sure to take a little detour on Rt 211, there is an amazing section of twisties for a few miles right after you hop off Skyline.
