I'm guessing Jamie Hacking won't be asked back to the Green Team, despite his initial great run. omg if you have to bump someone, don't bump your teammate off at +100mph. : (
But what about Spies. Holy fricken ****z. He totally dominated everyone. The best superbike riders in the world couldn't keep pace with him. It just says that much more about Spies. Here Spies is riding at the top of the field in every race at tracks he has never been to. Then, put him on a track he has been too, and no one can compete with him. It looked a lot like AMA races of old where Ben and Matt would just be gone. And every single pole position of every race so far. He is definately putting american riders back on the radar for world teams.

WSBK & WSS I think has been the most exciting to watch this season with Moto GP coming in 2nd... Go Ben!!! I was also cheering for the Honda boys!!! Which they did well. I think Jammie did well until the restart. I hope more US riders will compete with other top riders in the world to see how they stack up. I think Maladin is just padd'n his resume to be the all-time AMA winner. But I will give him his props he is GOOD!!! Way better than his competetion. Josh did get himself a win, so hats off to him.
Not gonna spoil the WSS race, but it was a AWESOME finish!!!
Gonna through this out there... Its said Win on Saturday & Sunday, Sale on Monday. Why does it seem Honda dosent care?

On another note, its not so much they don't care to win, everyone wants to win. But the competition is strong. Just how much money do you drop on racing? They are a strong presence in MotoGP and that is where they get the most data, so it makes sense to drop the most money there. If they dropped money into the world superbike, what would they stand to gain? Some publicity for sure, but not really much in the way of data like they get from motogp. Think of MotoGP as an Research and Development shop. With the economy failing, they need to place thier money where it will do them the most good. that, and sportbike sales arent a huge revenue for a company as big as Honda.
But I do see what you mean. At the end of a race and you look at the placings, you don't even see that many Honda's there. There presence in road racing has diminished considerably.

For those of you looking for some positive Honda racing news, Honda took the top five places in the Isle of Man in both superbike and supersport. Every manufacturer has a racing series where they are good, but the IOM is arguably the toughest event in motorcycle racing. It's a great event to dominate in. It was a shame though that Cameron Donald, a Suzuki rider, wasn't able to race after running at record pace before crashing in practice. Here are some links to the articles.

I agree, with all the views. I think as time goes, they will have to step it up... I guess we 2 wheel sport fans need to hit SpeedTV up to get Isle of Man race broadcasted. Well I saw the Erion boys had a good weekend last week in WI. Hopefully Repsol, San Carlo or LCR/Playboy will be standing on the box this weekend...
