As far as personal experience and actual helmet wearing experience, I'd say the Shoei TZ-R. It didn't flow very well, but it fit my head perfectly and was very quiet inside.

 

In level of how I Enjoy wearing them and comfort / noise..

My Arai collects dust.. That helmet is way too noisy even with ear plugs and im 27 dont think im an old fart :P
