Underarmour under leather almost best thing ever
I was tired of my agv sport perforated leather jacket sticking to my arms and back, and long sleeve cotton was just too hot. So i bought a longsleeve UnderArmour Heatgear compression shirt. Worked fantastic felt cooler than i would in a cotton tee shirt.
Observations:
1. nice and chilly, only up to 85f, ill update when i get triple digits,
2. I am about 12% bodyfat, and my jacket went from tight and restricting to floating and loose with the UA. Was like gaining a full size.
3. UA made the jacket feel very slippery.
4. any exposed velcro will quickly and seriously tear it up:
5. Ill probably try the wallmart knock offs after seeing this fraying.($12 vs$34)
UPDATE: tested it yesterday/night upper 90s and very overcast, Was definitely cooler than a thin longsleeve cotton shirt, still more air flow, felt less sticky too. Wearing it felt a lot like getting out of a shower on a warm humid day, cant get dry, and still hot.

While I personally prefer UA, Starter & Champion brands are good substitutes as well. And yes, significantly cheaper. I've got a Starter UA-type shirt that has lasted thru yrs of wear.

The stuff from Walmart you're thinking of buying is just as good as the Under Armor considering how quickly it gets torn up. I use them under my track suit and they can't be beat. I've had to wear a white T under my suit before and vowed never to do it again...although it was wet and that evaporative cooling helped through out the day, it was just uncomfortable.
