Default Visor "jigging" ??

Hi all, thought I'd try my luck with a question:
I've had a few helmets over the years, and still wear my original AXO rr1 which fits like a glove and is in ace condition too - i was lucky enough to find a new dark tint visor for it (original AXO) and love the look.....but Jeeez! The air noise is real bad!
I've read somewhere that someone put on a tint visor and mentioned that there was no turbulance due to the visor being "jigged"? Anyone know what this means?
Looking forward to any advice....really don't want to put the standard visor back on as I love the covert girl-oggling facility!

Cheers
