I picked up a new jacket and helmet this week, Bought the jacket from a shop ( it was actually the same price as online) but I had to order my helmet after trying one on in the shop, they only had matt black though and it was 60 bucks cheaper from helmetcity.com The helmet is a shoei rf-1000 and the jacket is a joe rocket.

nice jacket! does it have a lot of protection/padding?

 

yeh, it has pretty stiff foam in the shoulders and elbows as well as covering the entire back, the fabric is pretty sturdy as well.

 

Nice jacket,but dont trust the padding in the back .Its worthless as protection..

 

I got a great deal on a black Joe R 3.0 leather jacket. Love it. See it at dealer/stores for 299-320. I got it for 179.00 no shipping. I will try to find the site and its worth a look.
