I've got a Joe Rocket jacket and the Alpinestars Track Pants, and of course the zippers don't work together. Anybody find a way around this? I'd like to get a 360º zip for the track.

 

COMET, Howdy !!!!!!!!!! You'd think that stuff would be universal,eh??? I don't know why not !!!!!!!! any seamstress/ alterations person, should be able to help ya. Including an upgrade to beefy ykk zippers, to match , or to replace w/ a 360... should'nt be to bad. If you do the 360... besure to wear the entire suit and can aproximate the crouch properly... hey, bring the bike!!!!!!!! do all you can to enable them, to fit you well. mybe ask a leather place, who, is the great local alterations person, freq. they have experiance. Take it to a Tailor...for sure!

They're probably made in different countries...my Japanese RS-Taichi doesn't match my Alpinestars either.

 

Thanks for the ideas, guys. I'd have never thought about taking the tailor out to fit me on the bike, but it sure makes sense! Good thought on asking the leather place for their pick too. I was thinking any tailor would do, but the more experience in leather, the better.
