hey guys i was wondering what you thought about the joe rocket supermoto jacket red ($350) or the icon daytona white or red ($259) whats your thoughts...do you have one...do you like it....dont like it.....why? what jacket would you trust?? but still be comfortable in

 

i cant speak for joe rocket jackets but i bought a pair of rocket pheonix 2.0 gloves and within 3 weeks of moederate ridding the seams around the velcro closure were seperating and the actual velcro strap on one was actually starting to rip off from the glove. i am in no way rough on my eqipment and thought this was ridiculous. i called and they told me they would send a return kit to mail them to them 2 weeks no kit so i called again and was told they had no record of me calling the first time so i said forget it and ordered some alpinestars and never looked back. after this experience i will never buy another joe rocket product hope this provides a little insight for ya!

 

i slid down the road in my joe rocket jacket ...it saved my ***, from persoanl expeirence ..cant go wrong with a joe ..but icon looks very good too.

all their stuff is bling bling and made for looks. for the prices of the jackets you were looking at you could find some better brands on ebay or from classifieds on the Internet. you'll probably save money too.

haven't had experience with joe rocket but i've heard some stories about their quality and durability. mostly after crashes. they seem to protect okay in some cases but you probably won't get much use out of it after you go down. and i've also heard of gloves that just wear through or seams busting. but then again it could be with the lower end joe rocket gear. i don't know...

 

Most of the squids i know don't wear gear, they are to busy posing... hahaha

I like Icon but agree that some of their products look stupid... All of the Burner and Bling products are a waste and I have never seen anyone on the street with them...

All of my Icon gear fits great, is durable and doesn't look like something from star trek... [sm=alien.gif]
