Icon is decent, but I would go with shoe if youve got the cash

 

i agree.. i have a Shoei RF-1000 and love it,, the thing is light, tight and just right for my noggin

 

I have to many bad things BAD about Icon!
I am always looking for a new helmet.
I had a Shoei X-Eleven but unfortunatly I wrecked & messed it up.
I have gone to local dealers to try on new helmets. But the only ones that fit
right are Shoei & Arai.

They are always selling Shoei's for alot less than retail - RF1000 = $319.99 / X11 = $529.99

But I really want the Arai RX7 Corsiar Tommy Gun........ But I know Shoei's Work and saved my head!

I checked out that helmet as well. Good fit, but after some research build quality not as good as others. I went with a suomy
I bought off ebay.

 

I have an icon helmet and I love it.

It fits great, and air flows through it(with vents open) great. For the money, it was a decent helment that I could afford.
