Default Gear help!!

Relatively new rider. I just bought my first bike, an 01 F4i. Ive ridden GSXRs and Kawis before so not horribly new. Basically Im looking at getting some decent gear that will keep me from getting ruined if I wreck.
Heres what Im lookin at:
Scorpion Cool Rod Mesh

Scorpion EXO-700

Scorpion Magnum

Was thinking maybe a decent armor too

What do you guys think?

links arent working for me... but just by name scorpion is a good helmet, not sure about their other gear havent seen it. Leather is always best but a mesh jacket is better thana t-shirt. I cant see the gloves but i always feel that a very good glove is important as its usually going to slide on the ground in a wreck, absolutely only leather gloves with extra padding in the palms and maybe even some knuckle protection (mine have cf over them)

Weird that the links dont work now lol.

I found the mesh jacket then I found a similar one in textile. Im assuming that textile will give better protection but the mesh will breathe better.

yea pretty much, the textile will give you a longer slide time b4 its road rash, just as a textile pant or jeans with kevlar liners will be better than reagular jeans. Yea a mesh will be more breathable and some, like the one i have, come with a zip in liner that blocks the wind when its cold out.
