Default BiLT gear?

Does anyone have real life feedback on this brand?

I have a set of thier riding gloves. Kinda a summer model, carbon knuckles but vented.

Use them for short daily riding, didn't cost much but seem to be made pretty decent.

Like 3 or 5 year warranty IIRC.

I used to bash on 'em as some of the stitching and materials seemed cheap, but I've seen their suits being used at the track and they seem to hold up well enough.

Default *** boots

i bought some bilt riding boots at cycle gear. the boots are really worth about as much as some cheap *** k-mart type boots or worse. no joke, they did not last me six weeks before the seems started coming apart and holes started wearing COMPLETELY through the bottom soles with normal wear. cycle gear claims they real leather and water proof. thats a lie, poor quality, for sure.

regular price is like $120 ish (rip-off),i bought them on sale for around $50...they are worth about $25 or so. no ****. i dont have an item number or the name of the type. you will know when ya see em. they are the only boots on sale at cyclegear for $49. they put em on sale all the time.

You should really take those back & demand replacements or money back. My closest cycle gear takes *anything* back. ;-)

I have the built outdoor cover, I know its not gear but it is made by them and Its a really good cover, very waterproof yet can breath when it gets sunny out. It has a nice soft lining where your windshield might be works well and does its job. my only grip is that their small or sportbike cover is really big and is loose on my bike. Thats my grip about it, yea thats really it.

side note nothing really is waterproof

I've been using a pair of their gauntlet gloves for a little over a year, about 5K miles, and they seem to be holding up fine. Functional and priced right if you get them on sale.

I like getting the bilt helmets, I'm on my second now. The padding inside seems to wear after about 9 months of use everyday but at 50 bucks a pop it doesn't hurt the bank too much. I also have Bilt gloves, rain pants and some freeze out gear. Another thing is they always take stuff back except for helmets.
