Took her out today on a glorious winters day. Did a semi local loop of 450 km. A friend came on his CB1300. Was a great day and will be doing the same loop in the other direction soon.

 

this may sound dumb but.......it's winter there?

 

The seasons in Australia are the opposite of what we have here in the U.S. It'll be their summer when we're freezing our tails off this coming winter.

 

so then the southern hemisphere is opposite season then the northern?

 

Haha! Glad ya had a good ride Bordo! ... It's our Summer here in the UK at the moment and to be honest, it's cold and wet and miserable! .... We did have a Summer last Tuesday though ... the sun came out for at least 1 hour!

Bordo ......... Winter ......!!!!! Where's the snow

 

We don't get snow like you guys mate of course. It does snow here but usually only over 1000m above sea level. Up where I went it has been known to snow but not on a regular basis. The weather does get bad in our winter but we can still ride most of the time. Cheers.
