Recently installed a set of Woodcraft Technologies frame sliders on my 2002 F4i.

Packaging:
When unboxed, all parts were present and well protected, a brief instruction sheet with bike specific information was also enclosed.

Part quality:
Excellent. Machine work, finish, materials were all outstanding.

Installation:
Everything fit and assembled as expected.

Customer Service:
Outstanding. I had a question concerning the distance of protrusion from the fairings which I emailed to Woodcraft. I received a response within hours from no less then Eric Wood, president of Woodcraft. The information he provided was very informative and complete, even to the point of responding to a follow up email from me.

Bottom line:
Quality product and great "after sale" support. Strongly recommended by this user.
