I was looking for a set of front flush mounts w/these things in mind : Can be seen from the front, bright, or brigter than oem, don't want to mod the fairing to install, want to keep running lights w/out having to go thru a bunch of wiring gyrations to get it, led (of course) and didn't cost $100 bucks. Saw the mototechs on hooligan bike tech, but looked like a pain to install. Turns out mototech has a new set that fits right into the stalk indent on all/most of the newer rr's. Way easy to install w/no fairing mod, very bright, can be seen from the front (i also found an easy way to make em stick out 1/2" more, if you want by flipping the factory rubber mount "inside/out") came w/running light feature, can get em in all sorts of colors (i went w/clear,amber leds) and cost $50 !! Am kinda thinkin bout using em on the rear too, cuz w/the way the oem stalks are oriented, it'll work front or rear. Just wanted to share. For about the same price as the hotbody's, i liked em a whole lot better !! I do think i would get amber lenses, if i did it over.
