I disagree w/ their return policy, mainly b/c they require you to pay return shipping no matter what. Most of my experiences have been good w/ them but recently I ordered some plastics for my dirt bike, input the year, make, and model and picked the parts and put them in my cart. Ordered them and they arrived fairly quick, problem came when one was for a different bike than what I ordered. Well I checked their return policy which says you have to pay return shipping, and then I emailed support b/c they screwed up the order not me. I called them on the screw up in the email and the only response I got was pretty much a massive quote of the return policy which I already knew. In this case it's not worth it to me to pay return shipping, I paid $7 shipping on the original order, part cost $10 on clearance, I'm not paying them $14 more to get the right part b/c they messed up in the first place.

I'm pretty sure the inventory on the site is inaccurate as well, which explains many shipping delays. I've ordered stuff before and it said they had it but did not ship for awhile.

 

Ya it said they had it in stock and the lady told me it was late because they had to get it from the vendor

 

Man, I wish I would have read this thread BEFORE I ordered something with them. DANG IT! Well, hopefully it will be a better experience than what you guys have had. Ordered a lever mount, and it says it will be here by May 7, 2012. Let's see if it's early or late.

Yeah I'm not worried. Reviews for just about any product can be mixed. If I have a good/bad experience I'll share it. Thanks, I did read some of the ones from that link you posted.
