Yeah I think you jumped the gun on threatening them. They very well may have not done anything extra for you, but you should have let it play out a bit longer before the threats.

Bad move on your part.

Word of advise, Threatening and being rude doesn't get you far when you want someone to help you out.
And without the pictures it's hard to tell if the damage was caused by a bad product or an incorrect install.
I agree with your statement, but when they basically tell you that your SOL, its hard not to let emotions get a hold of you. Up until that point, I was reasonable with them. Here is some pictures of the cracking. Just an FYI, most of the cracking started in areas that werent even touched, bent or flexed during install. I even put extra heat shield to prevent from melting and/or overheating the plastics. As you can see, the lower right fairing mold was created to be too close to the exhaust pipe, so it burnt through the heat shield and was beginning to warp it too.

trying to see from those pics if the cracks are surface cracks from an incorrectly mixed
clear coat ......... or do they crack right through to the inside ?????

The cracks dont crack through the paint, but do crack through the graphics. When they started, they just started spiderwebbing on the clearcoat only, but as time has gone by, they eventually made it through the graphics too.

I ordered the mat black punisher fairings from them, they came fast but the quality is way worse then OEM. Don`t get me wrong I love the looks but it`s so hard to maintain and without a clear coat the smallest rock will chip the base coat off an you will just see the plastics. For $500 you cannot go wrong. And by the way it is all Chinese junk but it does the job.

From the handful of eBay plastics I've seen, theyre not too bad. Takes a little while to get but they have a good finish and lots of clear coat.
