My brother in law has a 05 zx-6. The second gear has been poppin out on him. Any links to repair or a service manual would be helpful. I think he may have fried second doin wheelies (dumpin clutch). That is the only gear he has probs with. Trying to help him save some cash from the stealer if it is something I can do.

 

Stuff like that happens, have him "make sure" he's kicked all the way into gear before releasing any clutch. He should only need a clutch adjustment, maybe a new clutch.

 

Since he was stunnin and shifting(no clutch) it's gonna cost him 2K for all new gears and 2 shift forks. Exspensive lesson!
