DO IT!!! I'm sure that one would move quickly to the Canadian border, and probably beyond.
Ok Guys here is the story of the Sprocket on its last journey to the Pacific. As you have read before I drove out to my brothers apt out in Wyoming. I started here in Olympia and drove 1010 miles to Jackson, WY. I will see if I can log into that map thing we made a while back and give you a visual route. I then blazed on to Iowa but got caught in Omaha, NE in a thunder storm where I had to pull off under an underpass to get out of the nickel sized hail. I was stuck in the underpass for about 2 hours. I rolled in to Council Bluff, IA at about 11:30pm where I went looking for the sprocket in Wanaee Park. After about an hour and half of looking with no success, I gave up and went to find a motel for a quick nap. I got up the next day around 8:00am to go looking for the sprocket again. I spent another hour looking for it because the paths were over grown and not very distinctive. I found the sprocket where it was left but forgot the combonation lock combo
and had to work that dang thing off the tree. After about 20 minutes fighting the tree for the sprocket I won.
I took off for Utah. I got rained on again in Omaha so I couldn't get the Nebraska sign and when I crossed into Wyoming it was raining agian there so I couldn't get the sign agian. Finally as I made my way into Utah at 12:30am I got the sign. Here is the sprocket and sign.
I rode off and made it to Orem, UT. Herb was nice enough to meet me just outside of the Provo Canyon and lead me to his house for the night. After some sleep and nice breakfast provided by Herb and his girlfriend and some photos I was off agian.

Sorry Kidznplay we couldn't hook up and ride but I had to get home so got up on the iron horse and rode. I made it to the Idaho border at about 11am.
Thankfully I was heading west and gaining time. I rolled into the Oregon border at around 3pm.

I did a little sight seeing as I have only been across Oregon a few times but never on a bike.
I made it into the the Columbia Gorge area where I am a bit more familiar. So I stoped to take a few pics and check my phone. Here is the gorge and the bridge of the gods.

I got to where my parents live in southern WA at 9pm. Sorry for the crappy photos still learning my camera. This is Vancouver, WA as you come across the Oregon side on I-5.
I made it home around 10pm or 10:30pm and the sprocket got to sleep in a nice warm garage for the night.
My wife and I took the sprocket to a drive in movie showing the next day.

I had to wait for the weather to cooperate so I could finally make the final journey to the Pacific Ocean. Its been a awful summer another complaint area thou.
My neighbor and I took off today for the final ride to the ocean. Here we are at Ocean Shores, WA thought it was appropriate name for the sprockets final destination.

A little sprocket vision of people actually playing on the beach here in WA.
Here is the sprocket Hauler and savior if you will give me the title.

The final dip in the ocean. My total mileage was 2010 miles with sprocket and total with out sprocket was 4,121 miles.

Now we start the West to East Coast Challenge.
