This is getting so old..i was playing call of duty yesterday from about 9am to 2pm, and out of all those games i was able to finish 2 with out being kick off cause i keep getting dissconected from XBL. i went over to my friends house and system linked with him and played from 4pm till 7am this morning with not one connection interupted thing..does my cable company suck? bad router maybe?

i have it setup like.

computer in my room
Router on computer dest hooked to internet
computer plugged in
Xbox Live ethernet plugged in.(port 2)

my internet is pretty fast on my computer..and rarely kicks me off...so whats causing this?

cable company said unplug moden and all routers in house for 30 seconds and plug them back in..that worked for about 5 minutes.

[:@] Called the cable commpany again, put on hold for 20 minutes. and when i got to them alls the guy told me was.."Oh, yeah...its something we are looking into" i told him well im gonna "look into" a new cable company, thanks for your time...maybe thatl get em moving a little bit.

 

Try unplugging your comp from the routerwhile playing xbox..

or just donate that piece to some less fortunate kids and get a PS3..lol.. but seriously..
