I got a good one. I pulled up next to a guy who was reading the instructuions on how to operate his phone, while he was driving. Phone in one hand, instruction manual in the other. WTF is the world coming too? People wonder why others have road rage..I'm sorry, you nearly ran me off the road because you were updating your facebook doin 65 down the highway, YEAH..I'm more than slightly pissed off!

There is some encouraging news here in Canada, Alberta to be exact, there is legislation in the works to pass a law making it a crime to drive while distracted. This could be anything from eating, to using a cell phone, to painting nails (what a waste of life). I hope it passes and is ENFORCED!!
Stay safe.

I just heard Monday a guy I went to school with is in critical condition in York Pa hospital because a woman in an SUV was in his lane and hit him head on dont know if she was reading or painting her nails but whatever she was doing she wasnt paying attention to the road. It's very sad and very scary

IN the UK it's been against the law to use a mobile while driving for some time now and I'm all for that. Holding a mobile to your ear means that effectively you've only got one hand left to do the driving, change gear, indicate etc..... and while holding a conversation you've only got half your brain working on what you really should be doing. Driving!
Although it's made most people stop doing it I frequently see idiots having conversations with the phone in their hand or wedging it between the shoulder and their ear. If ever there were a good law this is certainly one.
I've reported a couple of people and even taken a photo of another which I sent to the cops.
When will these idiots ever learn. Are their stupid little conversations so much more important than other peoples lives?
Painting your fingernails? Reading books. Jeez, I guess there'll always be some ***t out there who genuinely doesn't give a *****. Worse still, they don't even know it.
Unconscious incompetence. The most dangerous form of stupidity.
