Where to check the Vin?
Hey whatsup everyone,
Been searching for a bike and finally stumbled upon this..

I was talking to the guy and trying to bargain. I don't think it's a scam, but it is in Queens so it could be stolen? Was just wondering about how I would check out his Vin #? The guy seems legit enough and I'd probably go 4k cash for the bike. What do you guys think?
I just don't wanna get screwed out of purchasing a bike that would be stolen or have to deal with stupid s***. He said the title is clean and clear, it has 6k miles on it, 1 sprocket in the front, full Jardine CF Rt-1 PC3, etc.. What do you guys think?

Check the numbers on the frame and engine with your DMV in Queens.
Should clear up any questions (of course check the numbers against the paperwork)
Good luck !
