I'm fillin the bike up today come back to the garage and i was revvin her up to about 9000 when i notice a little smoke coming from the front end so i shut it off and looked fro the source of the smoke turns out it was some kind of liquid on the radiator but in the process of that i noticed one of the mounts for the radiator had come undone but when i went to remount it all that was there was a nub the manual says a 6-25 flange bolt connects it to the frame but like i said all that is there is a nub no threads to be able to screw the 6-25 flange bolt into anybody give me a hand on this issue i would appreciate it!!

Any of that look familiar? Like # 11?I presume it mounts to the frame somehow, or to the front of the engine.
I dont have any pics with out my plastics on and dont remember enough to be of much help man. Sorry.

 

yeah gixxer thats how i found out it was a 6-25 flange bolt that connects it but i'm really stumped on this issue ask around if you could and get back to me.THANKS!! ALPHA

 

If you stand in front of the bike the right side will have the bolt, the left side slips off.

 

Thanks slim, how much do you think a new radiator would run??
