ino wut you mean i have had my 600rr come up on hard accels, i like the feeling. but i could just imagine how much more power it would come up with on a 1k i not afriad to wheelie but i dont try to ride it out or anything.

They're not toys...well, they kinda are, but you have to respect them. I've had the front come up on the 1000RR a few times during hard acceleration, and will have to say that I don't care much for the feeling of "floating". Therefore, I know I don't like it, and don't try them on purpose. Accident waiting to happen.
Hope your friend gets all healed up soon and that he can learn from this mistake.

I've lifted the wheel several times but it spooks me. I've slammed down onto the street once --- hope to never do that again.
