I see. Round pits are great for smoking, I have a square one and a round webber, the webber outsmokes the other one by far, but I am getting something like this. Probably not this fancy, but with a fire box on the side, smoke goes through the pit and out the smoke stack. That way you are actually smoking it and not cooking it with heat, just smoke.

And Okie, I think fishfryer is saying the best food is in NYC, not upstate NY. There are so many awesome italian food places in NYC...NY Deli's for grinders and such...mmmmm...

I hope so.. I like the italian/seafood up here... not much else. Cant wait to ge up to Boston and get some eats..

All we have is New Haven style pizza...but it's slammin' !! Best pizza ever!!
