I'm guessing no one here has had crawfish

 

Show me where.. All the food i have eaten in this state over the last yr with the exception of seafood/italian food was par at best..

I think the food when i lived in CA was the best, or when i was visiting Vancouver, BC... i dont mean to upset you i would love for you to find me some good spots up here if you know any, bc i have not found em yet..

And the fact that you said CHICAGO STEAKS?? blows my mind.. umm how about steaks fresh cut at the stockyards in Ft.Worth.. sheesh..lol.. u cook what looks like great food.. but chicago steaks.. im disappointed..

and yep. i have had both.. and you cant beat TX/OK bison steaks.. period.

 

Surprisingly, I kinda like Crawfish. My brother and some friends are all gaga over them, so when we BBQ sometime we throw some on, or deep fry them. They were actually pretty good.

 

pshhh.. what about point beer and cheese curds?!?

I have no idea what Wisconsin has to offer, as far as I know we don't have a regional food...

I know fish fry (fridays) are very popular, but I don't like fish.

I like almost anything with CHEEESE....Mmmmm Cheeese. hehehe

The only thing I can think of is grilling, it seems like everyone (including me) has a gas or charcoal grill. We aren't famous for BBQ but Steaks, Burgers, Pork Chops and Brats are delicious up here. And of course you have to pour cheese all over it. hehehe

 

You forgot the chicken, ribs, brisket and fajitas!

 

n e of u guys/gals ever had a pepperoni roll? im pretty sure its a WV thing but they r awesome! not really a meal or n e thing...more like a snack. if u ever get a chance try em out...

 

We have an office in Buchannon i will make sure i get one next time im down.. mmmmm.. pepperoni!
