LOL! Had a VERY similar thing happen with me a couple nights ago. I recently purchased a very quick, Subaru Forester XT Turbo AWD. I was cruising around in it around 1 am and the roads were dead. I come up to the turn lane at a red light and notice some water in the intersection. I look around and decide to have a little fun with the AWD. Turned green, I punched it, hit the water and got VERY sideways, but held it nicely and stopped at the next light. Wouldn't you know it, the cop at the gas station saw the whole thing and pulled me over........I sort of recognized him, and he recognized me. I've met him before (he's one of my friends' friends) and let me off.

That would have been a $300 exhibition driving ticket for sure, but he was extremely cool about it, even before he recognized me. He liked the car and we just sort of talked cars for 15 minutes or so. I even revved it up a few times so he could hear turbo. I should have asked if he wanted to race. LOL!

 

Lol @ Fox... Do you have any idea what your Forester does 0-60 or 1/4 mile in?
