Sad to see that she lost the case. Everyone knew she wasn't going to get $54 million. that was all about getting news. The point was that she should have been compensated for everything that Best Buy took from her. They put her through a lot and lied to her every chance they got.

Not sure if she could re-file, because a procedural issue shouldn't be a reason to not be able to collect when you have been wronged.

 

$54 million?! Wow. There was a different case a while ago for millions of dollars about a lawsuit over a pair of pants.

 

Mcdonalds is easy to sue.
