A screen shot of notepad is ingenieus...plus it was only a Kia I've seen a buy one get one free from a dealership. She has your liscense plate nuber so if she gets your address from the DMV she could come after you...who knows she ran red lights to go after someone for a possible scratch on probly a black plastic $10 mirror.

lol thats funny, reminds me of this guy the other day that rear ended me in my civic, I was l.i.k.e wtf was that...thought I stalled my car, klooked down and it wasnt even in gear. then this guy comes to my window says sorry I hit you...I got out, just another scratch on the 94 no big deal....now I could understand if her mirror was hanging, but if it just folded in/no damage why even chase you?

and what did you hit it with, your arm? didnt it hurt? and they have a $10k model now? I thought they just gave those cars away....

I wonder how you would have felt if it was the Kia that hit you and then took off.

her mirror didnt even move, i hit it with my mirror. mine folded in, thus, no damage.

i dont know what point your trying to make but i didnt "take off" most people dont care/dont notice

and if the kia hit me, id likely go down and im sure someone else would follow her for me

You said in your initial post that you flipped a u-turn and took off.

The point I was making was that I wondered how you would have felt if the roles were reversed.

I know I would be pretty PO'd if someone clipped my car with their vehicle and drove away, regardless of how slight they thought the damage might be. I would at least expect a "sorry for that" comment from them. If they just ignored the incident anddrove away I'd be after them too.
