what is this called???

Does anyone know what the colored rings on tires are called and where I can get them? Here's a pic so you can see what I'm referring to.

I believe its just called reflective rim tape. You can probably find some on ebay in any color!

they are rim stripes or rim tape and you can get them on ebay.
