Wave to scooters?
If I knew how to make a poll I'd do it, but I don't.
Anywho, I get along with all the Harley guys round here pretty good, and they all seem to get along with me ok too. We all usually give eachother the wave when ridin by and what not.
Today I hadsome doucheon a scooter wave at me... not cool I'm thinking[sm=badidea.gif]. I almost waved back too before I realized it was a scooter!!!
So this begs the question... do you guys wave at homo's on scooters or just try your best to look the other way and not laugh at em?

RE: Wave to scooters?
just b/c someone is on a scooter doesnt make them a homo....i have waved at them and i have even gotten dissed by them. their vehicles may not be as fast as ours, they may not be as cool as ours, but they still brave the streets on 2 wheels and if they get that enough to wave at me, i dont see why we shouldnt wave back. ive waved times it was not returned, and thats the guy i think is a homo.

I usually wave to them and then feel wicked tricked when I see it is actually a scooter. They never wave back to me, though. I don't think they understand the spiritual gesture I have just offered. It is kind of like those apemen in "2001: A Space Odyssey" jumping around that monolith all confused.

RE: Wave to scooters?
Iwill not wave to a scooter or moped if they dont wear a helmet... In Nevada, if you have a 50cc or less two wheel vehicle - you dont have to insure, register, and/or wear a helmet while operating it. Also because alot of people buyscooters and mopeds for gas savings, not because they love feel of 2 wheels. I believe the hand gesture is showing respect to the other passing riders, at least that's what I believe.
