ffigners ....First, take a vicodin, calm down. CRUELTY TO ANIMALS IS WRONG!!! I've had pitbulls. Loved my dogs. Got tattoos of them and everything. Never fought them. Couldn't bear to watch something I love be hurt.

2. Should he get off. He won't but would I like him to play and help my fantasy team. Hell yeah!!! But Micheal Vick shouldn't be the face of dog fighting!
3.Snitching??? That is crime that should be punishable by death. There is no loyalty in this crazy world. When I grew up and if you snitched, nobody would f@$& with you and you'd probably get beat up every day you walked to school. If that means I ride the short bus, that also means I'm the most loyal friend you would ever have. So ....pork & beans ..... find my baseball .... and all that short bus ish!![&:]
4. How many criminals got off crimes because their money? He wouldn't be the first to get off and defnitely not the last. And yes plenty of my friends and family members have been murdered and nobody went to jail. Does that make it right?? By no means!! But I live in reality and NJ. So, it is what it is.
Finally ....Hoping he can play football again!! Yes! Regardless of what he has done, he still deserves the right to make a living. You live in a bubble where all criminals are "BAD" people. I live in a world where some criminals would give you the shirt off their back, give you their last piece of food, and take care of your family if something would ever happen to you. So again, yes he should play again. Let the man provide for his family. It's the American Way!!!!

Go to yahoo's main page, you'll see "18 US soldiers killed by 500lb IED" in small print, but with pictures and bold words youll see "Britney Spears cuts her hair off!" come on now fellas, Americas priorities are well ****ed up! Vick is a person just like myself and all of you, we all **** up! We are not saints! So yeah im a supporter of M Vick, but was it right... no? but we all do **** that isnt right! ffingers im guessin your the pope himself? cant do anything wrong huh? well im sure there is somethin you have done that would **** a few people off! And I hope he comes back to football, so call me an idiot but i know the truth.... maybe dogs are a sensitive subject but we are all ****in human! calm down, ridilin not working anymore????

 

I don't even know this guy. Don't follow your sport here, but he is no different from a lot of our guys that think its ok to do something bad cos, they think that their above it all. Be it bashing some poor guy in the face because he asked for an autograph, or sexually assault some girl fan, because hey their stars.
But to do wot this guy has done goes beyond the pale. I hear all sorts of stories about a senseless act of cruelty, like a guy here that recently kicked a dog to death, and then when caught cries, "but I was on drugs.."
But to be so cruel on mass like this Vick, puts him on a pedestal above the rest, & it should be the one they kick out from underneath him after they tighten a noose around his neck. But money talks & bull**** walks & I suspect that this will be the case. It still makes me sick to my stomach

 

I think speaking on a female's perspective: I think 100% of all females would rather watch a dog fight and watch a dog get killed than be sexually assaulted. I have never seenfemales emotionally f*cked up off of a dog fight, but as far as "rape" well it speaks for itself. Its funny how people think Michael Vick is the devil now cause of dog fighting! You know how many dogs get out of there yard on a daily basis and run intoother dogs? But I guess if you throw the human factor in there than its very very very very wrong. I do believe and have seen with my own eyes that not all dogs bump heads when they have gotten out and dont fight, plain and simple if dogs believe their territory is "under attack" what are they going to do? lick their paws?????

 

I haven't been following the story too much (I can't stand watching "sports news" and the fact that ESPN repeating everything every 5 minutes)

Anyway, if you commit a serious crime, and you're in the NFL or any sport for that mattter. Dog fighting, driving drunk, wife beating, gang activity, drugs, etc.......if a player is caught doing anything illegal, you're out. It's that simple. That's how my job woud respond if I did that, and that's how the NFL or any sport should respond as well.

i don't disagree that there are "bigger" problems in the world and they need to be focused on...i could care less if Vick was in the news or not...i have NEVER talked about the media and whether it was right or wrong that this is getting attention (i don't care although i think he deserves it, but i never said it's "right")...i care that Vick gets punished for what he did....your comment:
