what kind of padding is used for race seats? I need to get some, but dont wanna spend $20 bucks buying it from a sportbike site...

ide like to just run to my local hobby store and pick some up...

Any high density small cell foam should work. Not very comfy though. lol

no my plan is to buy some, and use it so that it extrudes from where the tail vents would go lol... not actually sitting on it

since my rear cowl will have a pad on the front of it they will correspond and should look pretty sweet...
