yeah i read the story about all that when it happened...happened awhile ago like 6 months or so...it was a big story on Digg....some thought the posting was fake (fake in that he died, not fake in that happened, it was posted)....then there was outrage, etc....interesting story...you can look it up on Digg if you are so inclined...
