Default Texting....While riding

My friends say im stupid for doing this.... I cant say their wrong, but i know im not the only one that does it. I see it all the time. I mean its not like im playing pac-man. Just a simple "yes", "no", or "im ridin ttyl".

The reason for this off topic thread is I wanna know who else texts while riding. I bet the amount of "speed texters" is suprisingly big.
Let me know.

Can't.

I have the touchscreen Blackberry. Doesn't work with gloves and nevermind trying to blind type on a device that changes keyboards based on orientation

Ya I have the vu. My gloves can be a problem with the touch screen sometimes.

Lol, no I mean it can't work

The touchscreen is capacitive like the iPhone's: needs skin contact or special gloves to register a touch

Never texted before. I wear gloves all the time and I wouldn't be able to type. I have talked on the phone before though. I had a BlueAnt system hooked up to my helmet, but the quality wasn't that great. It was neat though.

I've only pulled over to check my phone after feeling it vibrate, and that's cause I was lost and my friend finally texted me where he was.

While riding? Not a chance.

Never. Totally not worth the consequences. One F-Up is all it takes, and that could happen in a nanosecond. Nobody is that important that they can't wait until my next stop.

Yeah, no. I see tards doing this all the time, and they somehow never seem to have any riding gear on, whatsoever. I wonder if there's a mental connection somewhere. . . . . .
