You know what else works to put you to sleep?

 

I called my mommy haha. She called my sister and said move to the basement (it would take her 20 seconds) Or go home..she did neither..so my dad came home (Uh-ohhh) i think she just went home. he pissed her off enough..thank god. now im going for some much needed sleep..And the king..will eat you in your sleep jfunk. And with all the pain medicine im on..i think a low 5 would be impossible

 

Wait wait, so ypur sis doesnt even live at the parents? WTF is she doing there in the first place then?

 

I dont know what the hell she is doing home. She just comes home when she has a few days off in a row, lays around watching tv, eating my food EVERYTIME she is here..pisses me off. i did get to sleep from 7-11 though..that was nice..but i can usually only sleep 4 hours at a time..then the pain medicing wears off. usually wake up due to muscle spasms. so i spent like an hour changing my ice pack since no one is here to help me(they are all sleepin) but i got that done and ate some more pain medicine..nap time i think.

 

Glad your surgery went well.

i just had a labral tear repaired on the 3rd. The first week is the worst. After that it got better. I'm into week 3. Now I only take the pain meds at night to help me sleep.

My doctor has me wearing the sling 99.9% of the time for 6 weeks. He told me rehab/physical therapy would be 6-12 months. From what I heard the therapy will be painful too.
