will a 17 in tire fit on my 16 in rim ithinking i wont but cant help to try

this is a joke right?

a 17 inch tire willl fit on your 16 inch rim but it isnt going to seal....its like math in school..remember that...17 is bigger than 16..the number need to match......

What is this world coming too?
