The stupid person at work
We all have the one person that we work with that is just so dumb that you can't fathom who they got and held their current job. I have this girl that sits right behind me and always asked the dumbest questions. For example (and these are no joke):
I ride to work one day and I get to my desk and take off my jacket, put down my helmet and she goes "Are you ever scared that a homeless person is going to hop on the back of your bike while your riding?" I didn't even know what to say so I just started laughing.
The very next day it was storming out and I get to work and said "wow it's nasty out there" She responds with "Can you get electrocuted if you're taking a shower in a thunderstorm. I was really worried about that this morning" Once again I looked at her dumbfounded and said yes if you shower outside holding a metal pole.
A co-worker of ours was going on a trip to Puerto Rico. She asks "How long of a drive is that?" I tried to hold back the laughs but I couldn't and finally someone else said "Um you don't drive there you fly there" She goes "Oh so your taking a plane ride. That's so cool!" All I could think is simply stunning.
Just today I was talking about going to Lake Geneva for a weekend with my girl and she goes "Can you swing there" I said "nope it is illegal to swim in WI" and she goes "Oh wow I didn't know that, I guess I won't go there"
Like I said I just don't know how she fooled someone into giving her a job and how she has kept it. I know you folks have some good stories to so lets here em.
