These are some of the views I stop at when going between Lake Bala and
Lake Vynwy in Wales ... I took these on the recent Bank holiday Monday here :-)

The green is just unreal, Jules- such a gorgeous country.

 

thank you, we had rain on and off for two weeks prior to this and then the sun came out ... everything just becomes so vivid and colourful, it's beautiful outside the cottage just now and the roses around the door are looking better than ever ... unfortunately these pics were taken a bit late in the day and cameras don't handle the contrasty light too well as the sky is a bit burned out, it was actually quite a deep blue ... I will try and get out earlier to here next time and you will be truly amazed :-)

You are SO LUCKY Jules!! Gorgeous roads, gorgeous scenery... yea its been said but geez.. you are blessed with some amazing countryside. Those roads look like sooo much fun!!
