Default Slosh pipe

Ok, so like i said in my " Hey new guy here" thread, I am waiting to ship out for basic, but i am trying to get fit. Does anyone know if there is like a formula to figure out how much a slosh pipe will weigh. Also any one in the altomonte casselberry area that would want to train with someone. I am trying to do it on the cheap so yeah no meeting at a gym for me, sorry .

its a giant pvc pipe about 9ft longish filled 2/3rds with water.. its a core workout we used to use them in football practice..

the water in the pipe moves when you move the pipe.. its gives you an insane coreworkout.

i couldnt find much online about it though.

just remember my football coach used to make em. we called em okie pipes. everything was called okie this okie that.. it was oklahoma.. lol

we did twists, clings, ect..

dont know much about it.. but know what your talking about..
