Default Shorter mirrors

Well I bought some mirrors and they came in today. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWN%3AIT
I knew they would be smaller and shorter than the stock one but damn are these going to be usable? I cant stand the look of the stock ones but I use them alot. Anyone have short ones and are they usable?

I just helped my friend put pig spotters on his 1kRR and you're right they are pretty much pointless for seeing most of what is behind you, but they do look pretty cool. I am waiting on my "shorter" mirrors to get here because I couldn't stand those HUGE mirrors sticking out the side of my bike. I check mirrors and head turn before I move anyways...

I have some Carbon looking ones that I got on ebay. They are similar to the stock ones also. I am not a hugh fan of them but I do use them at times and could not go with out them. Just seems they are a lot safer then not having anything at all.

Well I ended up sending the mirrors back today. I always like to watch what is going on behind me like.... cops or someone on my a$$. Plus when I go to stop at a light I always watch to person behind me to make sure he stops. I got nailed at a stop a couple years ago in my truck. The kid was doing about 40 mph and I was stopped. After that I always watch behind me. So my safety is more important than having better looking mirrors.... I will stick with the huge ugly ones. And the other thing about them smaller mirrors is that the mirrors are flat and not concave like the stock ones. So you can not see as much but everything is closer. That shows me they are cheap. Flat mirrors are the cheapest to buy...
