The bike- '81 KZ440

The problem- Won't start



I could rock the bike and hear gas sloshing in the tank. Sometimes it would sputter and some it wouldn't even do that. I pushed it several miles across town to a friend who had a near-identical bike. He then showed me the fuel petcock and "reserve".



Next bike- '95 Ninja 600

I was a scrawny little guy back then, 5'-10" 145lbs. I had this girl on the back of my bike and we were riding around. We stopped at 7-11 and I forgot to put my foot down at first, the bike started leaning, but I was not strong enough to hold it up, especially with an extra 120 lbs on the back. By the time she put her foot down, it was too late. I had to set the bike down, and I could hear some guys in the distance laughing and yelling "Drop it! Drop it!"

 

Oh wow I can't believe I forgot this one! My friends and I were rolling out (in a hurry) so I jumped on my bike got all suited up and proceeded to start her up. However, it just wouldn't start. She stalled as soon as she turned over and it happened for 3 minutes as I was trying everything making sure I was in neutral and pulling the clutch in. I then remembered I forgot to put the kickstand up -_-

 

Hahahhaa!!!!

 

nah gotta find that girl that understands: i love my motorcycle please dont make me get rid of it.....and when you hammer the throttle instead of complaining she just hangs on and just tucks in haha

 

My shining moment was a few years ago...I used to instruct on the Canada Safety Council motorcycle course, and one of my ways to blow off steam was to do high speed figure 8's through the pylons in the 4 meter layout. (two circles that shared a center gate). The students were all off the practice area on their lunch break and I started attacking the 8 on a 125 suzuki. I was having a great time dragging the pegs and then I clipped a cone and lost the rear end of the bike and lowsided.
As I dusted myself off and picked up the bike I realized I was getting a standing ovation from the students. ooops.
