You mean Shermin from the Q101 morning show out of Chicago? If so, I seriously doubt it since Q101 went off the air 2yrs ago. I sorta wanted to go to one, pretty much just to say I did it but from what I've heard, it was like *** and elbows full of people and the pace was hardly a "rocket" run. More like a miserable 1st gear crawl.

Yes its called Sherman's Rocket Run, and I have done it before and i know they went off air, but I still wanted to know if they were doing it. I actually have done it twice and it may be first gear but there were almost 800 crotch rockets and police everywhere so its gonna be slow. But its super fun, just looking if anyone knows of anything similar or the same.

Sherman(from Sherman and Tingle) has since joined 102in Milwaukee, so I can definitely tell you there will be no more Rocket Run since it was a Q101(now defunct) event.
Far as a sport bike specific event in the Chicagoland area, tell me and we'll both know cuz I've never heard of one.
