I use it in my bike. That is all I use now. It's 91 octane and it makes a huge difference in throttle response.

 

I use EtOH free 87 octane. Bike was designed for it 87 so thats what it gets. But butt dynometer may tell you you are getting more power, but you aren't.

As for ethanol free - yup absolutely. The gas station near my house only offers EtOH gas so I don't go there. Eats the fuel system over time.

 

On my F3, I only ran non ethanol fuel. Contacted Honda (as more places opted to sell it) & they strongly advised not to use it at all, they say as much in the handbook. Even on my new bike I still won't touch it.

 

Yeah I wouldn't even think about running ethanol fuels in bike or car, only premium for me.

 

The bike was designed and engineered for 87 grade w/ up to 10% ethanol.
So thats what I put in for maximum performance

If 91 gave you more power dn't you think Honda would recommened it?

 

I never said more power. I said in a difference in throttle response.
